Religious-biased crime has defendants making CRAZY arguments

Crimes against members of particular religions are certainly nothing new, including when those crimes are perpetrated against Muslims. Today's crime addresses a militia group plotting to use a weapon of mass destruction against people for their religious view. The FBI arrests the members of the group, charging members of the group with terrorism and hate crimes on the basis of religion.
