George Floyd death motion to dismiss, part 2

When we last left the action, we discuss knee-on-the-neck cop Derek Chauvin and his potential liability under 2nd degree murder, and also the dismissal of the 3rd degree murder charge. Today, we resume with Chauvin, and also cover the charges against Tou Thao, Thomas Lane, and J. Alexander Kueng, and cover the case against them.
