Male student discriminated against ONCE AGAIN ...

This is not a repost. It's just the same story, over again. Once again, a male student was discriminated against by a college in a hearing on assault allegations. Once again, a court has to remind colleges that discrimination on the basis of sex INCLUDES men. Men are also a sex. Can't discriminate against them either. Please take note.
