Josh Blackman & Randy Barnett REACTION

Josh Blackman & Randy Barnett recently wrote "Justice Gorsuch’s Halfway Textualism Surprises and Disappoints in the Title VII Cases" in National Review. I would characterize Blackman and Barnett as being on the libertarian right, and people I respect. But they have come to the opposite conclusion I came to. Did I get it wrong?
