Racist prison guard frames inmate

A prisoner was found with what a guard claimed was heroin. However, the prisoner and the guard had a prior run in that suggested the guard was setting the prisoner up.

In today's legal analysis, we try to figure out if the prisoner possessed heroin and salt, whether this was legitimate or a frame job, and what liability there might be for the guard.
