Gas pipeline, eminent domain, and harry potter (HPMOR)

Sabal Trail wanting to build a pipeline for natural gas across multiple states. At one point, there were 4 acres of land that needed to be condemned under eminent domain. The parties went to trial, to determine the amount of compensation requirement. We discuss how just compensation is determined, and the amount due for this land taking.

We also declare ourselves as Uncivlians, and we speculate about a future war between the @Uncivil Law and @Lawful Masses with Leonard French (run by our favorite copyright attorney, Leonard French).
