7th Cir React: Jorge Baez-Sanchez v. William Barr (and Vic Mignogna discussion)

Good news Vic fans. I think the Kahn case gives you some hope. Assuming it was properly preserved at trial and is properly argued on appeal, I think it might be able to get you where you guys want to be.

I'll give it some more thought because there are some differences. I have to ponder a bit more how much those differences matter, but looks workable.
