This is the challenge and the opportunity in trauma. It is both destructive and awakening. The integration process after trauma is the key to stop repeating the past and to liberate yourself to create a new future for yourself and the next generations. If we don't allow the trauma to destroy us, we can transmute it into the gift of new consciousness.
