Shana Becerra sued Dr. Pepper because "Diet" Dr. Pepper was mislabeled? How, you might ask? Well, she didn't lose weight while drinking it, so this must be consumer fraud, she alleges!

In today's case, we read the decision from the court of appeals that more patiently than I would attempts to explain to Ms. Becerra that this is not how any of this works.
