ANTARCTICA 70 F DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL AS THE ARCTIC IS 50 F DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL, IN MARCH

Scientists were baffled when a few days ago Antarctica was 70 degrees above normal while the Arctic was 50 degrees above normal.
