Today we're going to make the FASTEST peanut pad thai! I'm calling it Pad Thai, if that offends you sorry / not sorry! I love how quick and easy this dish is, and you can swap in whatever vegetables you would like! In this recipe I used wheat noodles, but if you wanted to be more traditional go with rice noodles.
