Example of A Dairy Clean In-place Using ESP32's, SCADA and AWS MQTT

This video is an example of a Dairy Clean In-Place or CIP process utilizing two ESP32's an InduSoft SCADA program, broadcasting over Amazon Web Services with the MQTT protocol. The ESP32's are publishing and subscribing the values over AWS MQTT protocol, the ESP32 gateway is transmitting over Modbus TCP/IP to the SCADA program.
I am monitoring chemical tank levels and chemical temperatures, running the four processes required in both manual and automatic times. In the SCADA program I can schedule the days of the week and hours of the day that I run, as well as setting the individual process times for auto mode. I show both the gateway ESP32 and the remote node ESP32 the AWS MQTT test page with incoming values.
