EXECUTIVE SUMMARY;
If the XLF [$16.27] holds above $16.21 on it's weekly chart then the financial sector might be in play for 2013 market leadership. We take a look at some candidates including BCS [$16.41], BK [$24.90], C [$37.73], STI [$27.98] and GHL [$52.77].

We see that the 'home-building" sector still remains strong and we take a look at some familiar names with fresh breakout set ups; HOV [$5.54], RYL [$34.33], MTH [$34.42], PHM [$17.15], SPF [$6.88] and TREE [$17.29].

Watch that $16.21 level on the XLF because IF the market can't hold above that level then the Dows intraday high of 13,329 (up ~81 points) is a short-term high and an elaborate trap designed to steal your money.
