Camping an ocean island in a lightning storm

We picked up off-roading permits and took a ferry out to Cape Lookout island off the N.Carolina coast. We deflated my truck tires from 75 to 30psi and rode the dune road all the way to the light house. From there we went out to the Atlantic Ocean facing side of the island and found a relatively level spot for the tent. We had 50mph wind gusts and God gave us a late-night light show with lightning a few miles off the coast. Thanks for watching!
