Using the dough I made and threw in the freezer when I was having problems in making my "how to make pizza dough" video. Even though I don't talk much about it, this shows that one can freeze pizza dough, and it will be just as great as if used right out of the proof box. In this video, I make it in a modified manner with no Brick Cheese, and no Racing Stripes! This pizza was VERY GOOD!
