Sourdough Discard Naan | Easy

There is something about discarding sourdough start that feels wasteful to me. I keep finding different recipes to use the discard instead of actually tossing it. Aside from my favorite sourdough bread, naan is an easy second for me so being able to have sourdough naan is a total win for me. This recipe is super easy, versatile & delicious.

Recipe:
1/2 cup of sourdough discard
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup plain yogurt
11/2 tsp Redmond Real Salt Sea Salt
1 tbs olive oil
mix wet ingredients well then mix in 2.5 cups of flour
cover & let sit for 8 hours before cooking.
