Bourla To WAPO: “MRNA Counterintuitive”

Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla explains to the Washington Post in an interview that he was surprised the the mRNA technology was suggested to him to be used. “I was surprised when they suggested to me that this was the way to go, and I questioned it.”

Counterintuitive definition: Contrary to intuition or to common-sense expectation (but often nevertheless true).
