Parkway Confusion

Occurred on March 18, 2022 / Bayshore, New York, USA

Info from Licensor: "The silver/gray car, truly don’t know what they were doing. The black vehicle almost rear-ended me, then got frustrated someone was parking on the parkway, decided to GTA it and test out the suspension out of road rage. I had nowhere to go as people are flying around as it is a parkway with a speed limit of 55mph."
