Weight How to take it off The Easy Way

I want to talk to you guys today about weight.

Things that are heavy as compared to things that are light?

Look at this rock, it's not all that big or heavy but the weight is there and you have to adjust to it.

Imaging is you had hold on to and carry this rock everywhere you went 24/7?

For awhile you would be ok, you would keep switching it from hand to hand?

You would try different ways of carrying it to see which one is the easiest?

After a long time you would grow used to it and it would just be normal?

Look at a ten pound bowling ball, it's heavy, gain ten pounds and that's what you are carrying around.

Mat 11:28  Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 
Mat 11:29  Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. 
Mat 11:30  For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. 

Look at this piece of foam, it weighs almost nothing you could carry it all day and never tire.

The demonic host love to slip loads into your life that are difficult to carry, they do it a little at a time so you never even notice it?

Then on day you think why am I so tired, how did I get this big load and why do I keep on carrying it?

People one of the greatest gifts God has given us is the ability to choose our load?

How is your load, heavy or light?
