Does alex belfield have a tv license

To watch live tv you need a tv license
To you can not record live without a tv license.
Plus one channels are still considered live tv.
Netflix doesnt show live tv so thats safe.
Be careful with amazon tv as it may show live tv if you load up the wrong apps like iplayer to itv hub.
