Rep. Lisa Subeck, Democrat from Madison’s 78th District, tosses a red herring that she called the “…Boogeyman in the room…” by suggesting that Justice Gableman had cited a large increase in voter turnout and challenging him on an assertion he never made, implied or intended. Justice Gableman was answering followup questions after his presentation of the OSC’s 2nd Interim Report to the Wisconsin Assembly Committee on Campaigns and Elections, on March 1, 2022.
