Rates going up sucks...right? Well, if you are a buyer who is sick of the frenzy and bidding wars, then there are only two ways things start to change in your favor. Either we get a lot of new inventory (from where I don't know) OR rates go up and push some buyers out of the game. Look for the opportunity in every market and remember, most people refi in less than 3 years from when they purchase. Hope it helps!
