Many said invasion was not possible, or very unlikely. I said I had no idea, only Putin knew, but that is what certainly possible based on the amount of troops built up, and Putin’s history.

War is terrible, I really feel like war should be obsolete at this point. But unfortunately, it is still with us.

WWII Similarities:

It created a defense alliance between the countries and was largely intended to deter the United States from entering the conflict. Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Yugoslavia, and Croatia were later signatories to the pact.
