Stocks get smashed and it didn't help mortgage rates

The stock sell-off I promised you is here. I'm old enough to remember when Amazon being up 20% in a single day would have moved the whole market. Not today! The Fed giveth and the Fed taketh away. Expect more volatility in the days to come. Mortgage rates held on to the range we're in, but just barely. If we can stay here we'll be ok, but the situation is fragile.
