Web Development: Modifying My Portfolio Website

Just some basic HTML5 and CSS3 Web Development to modify and update my personal portfolio website.

Today the main focus was tackling the Technical Knowledge page, adding a custom horizontal viewport to the Index page due to a certain width messing up the footer, modifying all vertical viewports, deleting old files from a previously failed refresh that was forgotten about, and then finally pushed out to Git and merged into Master this making the refresh live.
