This Congressman Doesn't Get The 1st Or 2nd Amendment

The stories coming out about Big Tech censorship are just the beginning. Soon enough, Silicon Valley will be censoring groups like GOA and preventing us from defending your Second Amendment rights. Without action, we won't be able to ask you to call your Senator or call your Congressman, and we won't be able to contribute to the productive gun culture in the United States.

We need to protect our rights. But, we don't need fake solutions to real problems. That's just what we're getting with RINO Rep. Dan Crenshaw. Though claiming he is "doing all the hard work" to fight Silicon Valley, his legislation fails to solve the problem. Under his bill, political censorship would still be allowed if the "policies" are disclosed. This is no different than Twitter telling Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene that she "violated the terms of service." Not only that, but the bill would rely on the anti-gun Federal Trade Commission for enforcement. If that wasn't enough, it would also overrule the pro-free speech bills in states like Texas and Florida.

Aside from the deep legislative flaws in Rep. Crenshaw's proposed bill, the file path also suggests that he didn't even write it himself. So much for "doing all the hard work." We need to fight for meaningful solutions instead of allowing Representatives like Crenshaw to pretend like they are serious legislators.
