Boston Celtics center Enes Kanter Freedom, an outspoken human rights advocate, immediately attacked Palihapitiya for his comments: 'When genocides happen, it is people like this that let it happen'
The team has since issued a statement: 'As a limited investor who has no day-to-day operating functions with the Warriors, Mr. Palihapitiya does not speak on behalf of our franchise'. -Daily Mail
