Marines with the 13th MEU Conduct a Daytime Mechanized Assault

January 31, 2018 - U.S. Marines with the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit's, Battalion Landing Team (BLT) conduct a mechanized raid in assault amphibious vehicles on Camp Pendleton, California. The BLT comprised of 3rd Battalion, 1st Marines, is refining tactics, techniques, and procedures applicable to raid operations in order to enhance their ability to conduct expeditionary operations while deployed.
