Preview for Release 0.13.1

Just a quick video to show off the new /repeat (/rpt) animation command.

FYI. After I recorded this video, I changed the order of the parameters, so when it is released, it will work like this:
/repeat 5000 animationcommand
You just take your working animation command, and prefix it with /repeat (or /rpt) and the length of the animation in seconds.
Also, the /stop command is PER ACTOR. It doesn't turn off all animations everywhere. /stop only affects the current "Last Actor" (the name displayed above the Modifier Bucket)
