I feel you! I've been there.

And, it still happens sometimes. It happens when I don't use my own system. I've said it before and I'll say it again... no one has all their shit together all the time. We're all works in progress and I've definitely progressed.

In today's video, I share how I used to be terrified of speaking in front of people. I mean TERRIFIED!!!! In fact, I took an F in my 8th grade English class because I refused to give two required speeches (& that was NOT like me at all).

And what I did to reach BEYOND my goal of being able to speak in front of people, to actually LOVING it and pursuing opportunities.

You can do the same thing to reach ANY goal... even if it's something you've tried 100 times...
Make a commitment... even if's scary.
Put forth consistent effort... and take uncomfortable action.
Build on every past success... to become more confident every time.
