2022-01-08 Kim Hammer Show: Gillette Coon Supper's Back On This Year

From the Almanac of American Politics to good old Arkansas legacies, the Gillette Coon Supper is a well known scholarship fundraiser and a rite of passage for Arkansas politics. Larry Bower, treasurer for the past 25 or more years, talks all about the significance of the event, the menu, attendees, and how Gillette has changed (and not changed) over the years he's been involved in this event.

The annual Gillette Coon Supper and Berry Pre-Coon Supper Reception happen Saturday, January 8 after taking off in 2021 due to COVID-19.
