Aerospace Welding - Inconel Pulsing

These welds are not pretty; however, they meet aviation requirements. These are not critical components. Thermocouples MUST be pulsed. Many welders and engineers have tried to straight weld this and it produces too much heat and melts the wires inside. The first time I tried welding one of these, the welds looked nice but everything on the inside melted. To weld these you need just enough heat for surface fusion. Full penetration will destroy the part.
