In this instructional I explain how to use a disarming technique I utilized in a tournament that garnered quite a bit of interest: the Momentum Disarm. This video will take you through the mechanics of the technique and then I will show you, at full speed and then slow motion, the technique as it is used against tournament opponents who really would have preferred to hang on to those weapons.
