Mortgage Rate Outlook for 2022

Don't shoot the messenger! The outlook is not great, but it could be a lot worse. I really hope I'm wrong on this one, but I highly doubt it. Expect rates to go up and the frenzy to get worse as people scramble to get locked in before rates move even higher on the next leg up. In this video, I go through the 2021 mortgage bond chart and something is definitely going on here. Rates should be MUCH HIGHER right now than they are, so we can all thank our lucky stars, but who do we thank? How is this possible? Also, everyone asking me about investing in the Metaverse so for everyone who sticks around on this video, I'll give you some preamble of a video I will make on that subject in the near future.
