High Speed Container Ship?

It looks like the YangMing Container Ship is in a high speed mode. But it's not.

YANG MING Container Ship is entering the Hudson River after the Verrazano Bridge toward the New Jersey Port.
I found it looks like so fast while I am on the I278 west bound.
