Welcome to the Bear Market of 2022. Well in russell 2000 at least.. Small cap index is now down over 20% and that is considered by wall street to be a bear market. The stock market is having its worst start of a year on record. Will jerome powell come and save the markets again or will he stick to raising rates. Time will tell.
