Elden Ring "Plunge Attack" tutorial except I actually explain how to do it

Because I was sick of lies, and people who made videos showcasing it but just said "Just do a plunge attack bro ;)" when they don't actually explain the timing or the required input. The lies and misinformation in particular are terrible, but not all that surprising given that 'plunge' attacks were usually done by falling heavies, as with Asylum Demon being the earliest example in my memory.
