Children Are a Gift from God

God's Word teaches us children are a Gift from God, so we need to become excellent parents and ambassadors for Jesus to them!

God teaches us in His Word that children are a Gift from Him, and that it's our responsibility to teach them about Him. That's actually the most important responsibility parents have - to teach their children about God. But because of our flesh and because children have their flesh too, we need to take our thoughts captive and choose to believe God that children are a Gift from God, even though they may not always act like it!

He teaches us in His Word to us, the New Testament of the Bible, that we do not follow the Law of God given to Moses for the children of Israel, but we are to pick up our own cross, let go of all the things we think are right, and choose to do the things He tells us are right - and teaching children by the power of our words and our example, simultaneously, is the first step!
