Let me explain a few things about trading losses:

1. Money isn't the most important thing in life and learning from mistakes will always be key to being more successful tomorrow than you are today.
2. All traders experience losses. It's ok, don't be ashamed. Learn to assess when and how it went wrong. I guarantee anyone critical of you won't be sharing their losses openly, they attack out of their own insecurities and failures.

4. This is why I started with small accounts after blowing up my big accounts. I lose less frequently and much smaller than I used to. Build consistency trading and following your trading plan first, then scale up your size. (This is the small test/YouTube trading account I repeatedly reference in my videos, not one of my main trading accounts. Most traders have to start with small amounts of money so I think it's more accurate representation starting out and what I recommend for anyone looking into trading vs. investing.)
5. Most days I day trade, I do it only once whether it's successful or not. I find for me, it's better than when I attempt multiples in a single day.
