While most of the world was falling in love with Super Mario Bros 2 a.k.a. Doki Doki Panic, Japanese players were given quite a different game. The game in question is known to the western world as "Super Mario Bros, The Lost Levels", and was released on the Super Nintendo in the Mario All-Stars collection. While the western Mario 2 was a fun and incentive way to play Mario, The Lost Levels was a much harder sequel to the original side scroller. This game comes packed with me levels, new enemies like red piranha plants, new challenges like heavy wind blowing you too the right and the addition of green trampolines which bounce you off screen for an extended period of time! As a word of caution, don't trust the warp zones.
