Shortening a Belt the Difficult Way

This belt made from a single piece of leather was too long but already had some holes added to it in a bit of a messy way. Because of this and that it is stitched, we shorten it the difficult way. In this video we shorten the belt on the side furthest from the buckle, neaten up the holes and add some new ones. We then lightly decorate the hole and finish the job by applying some leather balm to bring back the shine and keep the leather soft.
