If silver hits a mere $100 an ounce a typical 1 ounce round is suddenly so expensive you cannot use it to purchase many items in the smaller day to day transactions everyone has in their lives. These transactions will be a stumbling block for anyone that does not have smaller fractional pieces of silver.
