From November 15th - 17th, I will be leading a group cleanse, and I encourage you to detox in the way that feels right to you! I personally do a water fast for 3 days, but you can do a juice fast, or even abstain from coffee, alcohol, or cursing! Whatever feels best for you and allows you to take a fresh start and utilize the powerful new energy coming in. 

I will be holding live intention groups every day with the community. However, whether you're a part of our community or not, I encourage you to detox either way as it is very beneficial and healing to all on every level of being!
