Adrian was one of the creators of the hit adult animated sitcom Odd Job Jack. This Canadian series was produced over four seasons and was aired on The Comedy Network, MuchMusic and television networks across the United States, Latin America and around the world. The show played an integral role in the formation of Bitmoji which was purchased by SnapChat!

More than 10 years ago, Adrian started another TV production company, Shark Teeth Films, which has produced hundreds of hours of series, like VEGAS CAKES on Food Network, RUGGED JUSTICE on Animal Planet, and SECRETS IN THE ICE on SCIENCE Channel.

He shares the ups and downs and the difficult challenges of being a boss. He discusses the importance of not losing focus in your company and participating in all your business endeavours, even when you think things are under control. Adrian talks about the importance of having freedom and why he loves being an entrepreneur. He also shares the importance of generating other revenue streams.
