Warhammer 40k Skitarii Marshal Completed

Today we hop skip and jump through my process for painting up the Adeptus Mechanicus Skitarii Marshal. I love painting Skitarii and hope that it turned out.

The banners on the back of the Marshal are pieces of a unit designed by OnePageRules and printed on a 3D resin Elegoo Saturn printer. The energy tanks in the base are portions of a model designed by PiperMakes.
