Reintroducing dogs that fight, with unexpected results!

Slinky (the brown dog) has attacked Henry (the white dog) a number of times, with one resulting in vet care. He is not like this with our female dog.They are separated most of the time, can see each other, but not touch. I've been working with them and walking Henry past Slinky for some time. Henry does not want to engage Slinky atm, he is a wary of him.

I've now set up a situation where they can touch through wire panels, Henry could jump up onto the panel, but Slinky can only reach the panel with his nose.

Yes, the wire panels are chained together as a temporary fence. Both dogs are on chains, so they cannot actually reach each other outside of the fenced area. They are indoors by the doorway. It's a nice day and we're all relaxing. I am with them :)
