Nike Files Lawsuit to Silence Competitor

Nike filed a lawsuit against John Geiger Collection LLC alleging trademark infringement against its Air Force 1 sneakers.

Nike just recently sued Warren Lotas for infringing on the Nike Dunks, which led to a settlement. John Geiger is currently defending itself against the same claims.
