After a year of patiently waiting, the Small Cap Index Russell 2000 (IWM broke out to the upside. All stock market participants have been waiting for this breadth to come back into the marketplace. This happened just ahead of the Feds FOMC announcement. So, one must still proceed with caution. I fthis breaks back in, that will be a cruel joke the stock market pulled. But, we have seasonality on our side, So here's to the best! :)
