Felt a bit tired, and the weight felt pretty heavy today. I was not planning on going past six or seven reps today anyway, so that is okay. Got to build myself back up! I won't lie though, that last rep went a lot slower than I was expecting! It is probably good that I called it there, probably only had another rep or two in the tank, as I was starting to feel pretty gassed. My endurance and overall strength has definitely taken a hit! Oh well, it was expected. I'll get there 🤟🏻
