Tools of the Trade

Every career has its specific "Tools of the Trade". When I worked at a dog kennel in high school, my tools were a pooper scooper and a bucket (seriously, I picked up dog crap for 6 years...). When I was an AH-1W pilot, my tools were a 3,300 hp death-dealing war machine (I'd give anything for one more flight in that beast!). Now that I'm a full-time real estate investor, the tools of my trade are much less cool than when I was flying for the Marine Corps, but they are just as important. Without them I wouldn't be nearly as effective, efficient, or as safe.
